Misting Systems
Restaurants may use misting systems
from May through August.
Residential mist cooling systems are allowed however, commercial misting system use is restricted.
Residential Use
Allowed, not restricted.
Commercial Use
Use for human comfort allowed only during the months of May, June, July and August and only between the hours of noon and midnight.
