Water Service

Follow the directions below to activate or terminate water service in Laughlin. Call Customer Service at (702) 298-3113 if you have questions.

Activating Service - New Accounts

If you are new to Laughlin, you will need to visit the Big Bend Water District office at 1520 Thomas Edison Dr. to activate service.

If you are unable to visit the office, request activation of service in writing. The request must include:

  • Customer Name
  • Service Address
  • Telephone Number
  • Mailing Address
  • Activation Date
  • $100 security deposit or a letter of credit history

Mail the request to: Big Bend Water District, 1520 Thomas Edison Dr., Laughlin, NV 89029-1600.

Activating Service - Previous Service Account

If you have had previous service with the Big Bend Water District and have established an excellent pay history, you will not need to pay the security deposit. Request service by calling (702) 298-3113 or fill out the Application for Water Service form.

Terminating Service

You must notify the Big Bend Water District by telephone or in person and provide a mailing address for the closing bill.

Hours

The Big Bend Water District is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and it is closed weekends and major holidays.
