Service Guarantee

We want to provide you with the best service possible at the lowest cost. We constantly strive to streamline our processes and improve your experience with us. That's why we offer the following guarantee:

Our guarantee to you:
If we shut off your water in error, we'll apply a $10 credit to your account.
If we don't start your service on the date requested, we'll apply a $10 credit to your account.
If we don't respond to a billing inquiry within seven working days, we'll apply a $10 credit to your account.
If we post your payment in error, we'll apply a $10 credit to your account.

If we're responsible for breaking something on your property, we'll fix it OR pay to have it fixed.


Here's how it works:

  • Tell us about the problem.
  • We'll work with you to verify the facts
  • If we verify that it's our mistake, we'll credit your account immediately*

*Repairs for damage will be scheduled at your convenience
