The rates below are effective May 1, 2008 (for April 2008 consumption). Locate your meter size on your
water bill. The thresholds listed below are based on a 30-day billing cycle.

Definition of Tier and Threshold
Utilities use tiers and thresholds to determine rates and income. At the Water District, a tier is the amount of water received at a specified rate. A threshold is the point at which one tier moves to another.
