Service Rules
The Las Vegas Valley Water District's Service Rules comprise the
contract between the Water District and our customers, outlining
the rights and responsibilities of both.
The Water District adopted these rules on Feb. 19, 2008.
NOTE: Sections 8.1, 8.2, 8.3 and 12.4(D) are effective April 1, 2008 for March consumption. Sections 7.15, 7.17, 7.18, 7.20, 8.4, 8.6 (a), (d), 8.16, 8.18 and 10.1 (h) are effective Sept. 26, 2008. All other changes are effective upon adoption.
The Water District adopted these rules by rehearing on April 15, 2008.
NOTE: Sections 8.1, 8.2, 8.3, and 12.4(D) are effective May 1, 2008 for April 2008
consumption. Sections 7.15, 7.17, 7.18, 7.20, 8.4, 8.6 (a.), (d.), 8.16, 8.18, and 10.1(h) are effective
September 26, 2008. All other changes are effective upon February 19, 2008 Board adoption.
