To stop water service, fill out and submit a
form for residential service or commercial service.
You also can stop service by calling (702)
870-4194 or visiting our offices at 1001 S. Valley View
Blvd.
Submit your request before 3:30 p.m. for same-day
service (not available on weekends or holidays). Same-day requests
incur a $15 fee.
Deposits and refunds
The Water District will generate a closing bill and mail it to you
within 10 working days after disconnection. If a deposit was paid
on the account, we'll apply it to the closing bill. If the deposit
is more than your final bill, we'll send you a refund check.
