Under NRS 237.080, businesses must be notified of changes to water rates and given an opportunity to provide comments. This feedback may result in the preparation of a Business Impact Statement by the LVVWD. Comments related to the business impacts are based on the questions stated in the ad or trade notice announcing the rule change and the deadline for submitting comments to the district. These comments must be submitted in writing; they cannot be accepted through this Web site. Comments submitted by mail must arrive at the address listed below no later than the date specified in the newspaper ad or trade notice sent to business associations.
