System outage Feb. 20-24

Our online customer self-service and voice-response systems will not be available Feb. 20-24, due to a system upgrade. This includes the ability to view and pay your bill, schedule automatic payments, stop, start or transfer water service, make payments by phone, and contact us online.

We apologize for any inconvenience.

During this time, you can pay your Water District bill at a number of grocery stores and retail outlets, including Smith’s, Walmart, and Cardenas Market locations throughout the valley.

Payments made at these locations take up to five business days to post. We recommend scheduling your payment at least five business days before your bill is due.

Online customer self-service functions will resume Feb. 24 when the upgrade is completed.
