You have two online payment options:
If you need your payment to post immediately, please pay by phone.
If you are a Big Bend Water District customer, please use the Big Bend Water District online payment system.
The Water District has discontinued its auto pay program, in which a paper application was required for enrollment, and is asking those enrolled in that program to enroll in our electronic online payment program instead.
If you recently received a letter from the District asking you to take this action, please take the following steps to enroll in the program and set up automatic payments.
First, create an online account.
Next, take the following steps to set up automatic payments:
Register for the eBill online payment system to view the past 13 months of your bill history.
In order to register, we must have the last four digits of your social security number or EIN/Tax ID number on file. You won't be able to access the eBill online payment system if we can't verify these numbers with our records.
If you encounter problems signing up or would like to check the social security or Tax ID number on file, call (702) 870-4194 during regular business hours to speak with a representative.

If you think you've been billed incorrectly, please call Customer Services at (702) 870-4194 during regular business hours. The amount of your bill must be paid to prevent discontinuance of service. Any necessary adjustments will be shown on a future bill.
