Coyote Springs Water Resources District
The Clark County Board of Commissioners created the Coyote Springs Water Resources District in 2006 to provide the necessary water and wastewater services to the Coyote Springs community.
The Las Vegas Valley Water District serves as the operating agent of the Coyote Springs Water Resources District, and will operate and maintain all water facilities. The Clark County Water Reclamation District will operate and maintain wastewater facilities.
Board of Trustees
The Clark County Board of Commissioners serves as the Coyote Springs Board of Trustees.
The Board governs the district and has jurisdiction over all of its affairs. The Board has sole responsibility for establishing rates, as well as rules and regulations for the sale and distribution of water to properties within the district.
Board meetings
The Coyote Springs Board of Trustees meets whenever action is required. When meetings occur, they take place at 9:05 a.m. in the Clark County Commission Chambers, Clark County Government Center, 500 S. Grand Central Parkway.
All meetings are open to the public and are noticed and posted according to the Nevada Open Meeting Law.
You may comment on items on the agenda at the beginning of the meeting during public comment. If you'd like to speak on a matter not listed on the agenda, you may do so after all matters on the agenda have been considered. Action cannot be taken on a matter that is not listed on the posted agenda.

Service Rules
The Coyote Springs Water Resources District Service Rules make up the service contract between the district and its customers, outlining the rights and responsibilities of both. The rules were adopted Feb. 6, 2007.
