Choose a payment option that suits your lifestyle. Whether you're online or on-the-go, the Big Bend Water District provides several methods to pay your bill.
Pay online
My Account
Log in to My Account to make payments using a credit card or bank account. You also can view your bill, schedule automatic monthly payments, view online payment activity, view and download past bills, switch to paperless billing, stop, add or transfer water service.
NOTE: My Account may not be available Saturdays from 11:00 p.m. to Sundays at 3:00 a.m. due to scheduled maintenance. To use the My Account online system, you need to register an account. Have questions about how to register? View our online payment FAQs.
One-time payments online
Don't have an online account but still want to pay your bill online? No problem! You can make a one-time payment online using your credit card, or debit card with a credit card symbol.
NOTE: Your bill will not be displayed with this option. Payments will post in 1-3 business days.

If you think you've been billed incorrectly, please review our rates, fees and charges, or call Customer Care at 702-298-3113 during regular business hours.
The amount of your bill must be paid to prevent discontinuance of service. Any necessary adjustments will be shown on a future bill.

Use our kiosk
Pay by kiosk during regular business hours at 1520 Thomas Edison Drive. The kiosk accepts checks, credit cards, debit cards and cash (bills only). It will also now provide change back (in bills only). Payment posts immediately.
Please note: The kiosk does not dispense change in coin. Any over-payment will be applied as a credit to your account.

Please note: Payment drop boxes formerly at our Thomas Edison Drive office and at the El Mirage Shopping Center have been discontinued.
Pay by phone
Our easy-to-use voice-response system is available 24 hours a day and will guide you through:
- Checking your account status
- Hearing your payment due date
- Finding a payment location near you
- Making payments over the phone
To make payments by phone, you must have a current telephone number associated with your account. If so, then please:
- Call 702-298-3113 from the phone with the number listed in your account.
- Select option "2."
- After the prompt, enter either your account number or the last four digits of the primary account holder's social security number.
If you cannot call from the phone number listed on your account, you will be asked to verify your account by entering two of the following:
- The phone number associated with your account
- Your account number
- The last four digits of the primary account holder’s social security number
Once you have verified your account, you may obtain information or pay your bill using your Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express or Diners Club International card.
If you encounter problems using the system or would like to make sure the Water District has your correct telephone number, call Customer Services at 702-298-3113 during regular business hours to speak with a representative.
Paperless billing
If you're paying your water bill electronically, why are you still getting a paper bill? We make switching to paperless billing easy. Just log in, select your account, under Switch to paperless billing, select "Enroll Now."
