How to enter the prize drawing

To enter the LVVWD promotional giveaway, you must sign up for My Account or update/verify existing My Account information during the giveaway period (June 1, 2023 – Sept. 25, 2023).

To be eligible, your My Account must include the account number for an active LVVWD account and the account holder’s first and last name, email address, and mobile phone number. Information provided by LVVWD customers in My Account is subject to LVVWD's Privacy Policy.

Limit of one (1) entry per CUSTOMER when signing up for My Account or updating/verifying your My Account information.

Winners will be chosen once a week, beginning June 12, 2023, and will be notified via the phone number and/or email address provided in My Account.

If you do not wish to participate in the promotional giveaway but would still like to create an online account, or verify your existing information within My Account, simply check the box asking not to be entered into weekly drawings when prompted.
