Coyote Springs Water Resources District

The Clark County Board of Commissioners created the Coyote Springs Water Resources District in 2006 to provide the necessary water and wastewater services to the Coyote Springs community.

The Las Vegas Valley Water District will operate and maintain all water facilities, while the Clark County Water Reclamation District will operate and maintain wastewater facilities.

The Water District serves as the operating agent of the Coyote Springs Water Resources District, and the Clark County Board of Commissioners serves as its Board of Trustees.

The Board of Trustees governs the Coyote Springs Water Resources District and has jurisdiction over all of its affairs. The board has sole responsibility for establishing rates, rules and regulations for the sale and distribution of water to properties within the district.
