Trouble paying?

If you're having trouble paying your bill, call and let us know. If your account has not already been processed for disconnection, we can help.

Please call 702-870-4194 during regular business hours, before your scheduled shut-off date.

If the District has recorded a lien on your property and you need to submit payment to have the lien released, the District will promptly release the lien on the property upon notification of your impending payment and after you have paid the balance in full.

If paying by personal check or cashier’s check, the release of lien will not be recorded until the check has been cleared with the bank. Please be aware that the District will not accept payment by credit/debit card to release the lien.
