The Big Bend Water District online payment system includes several easy and flexible payment options.
- Automatic payments: Schedule your bill to be paid automatically on its due date. No fees, checks, stamps and no hassle or waiting in line!
- Pay by text message: Pay your bill via text message from your mobile phone.
Through our online payment system, you also can check your account balance and view your billing history.
If you’re registering for the first time, please have your account number and billing ZIP code handy. Your account number can be found on your printed water bill.
If you move to a new address, please remember that your old account number will become inactive, and you will need to register with your new account number.Log In or Register

Pay by phone
You can pay by phone anytime, 24 hours a day, by calling 702-298-3113 and selecting option "5." Pay with your Visa, Discover or MasterCard, or any debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo. Please have your account number and billing ZIP code handy.

Use our drop box
There is a payment drop box at our office on Thomas Edison Drive and at the Laughlin Town Shopping Center, 3080 Needles Highway.
Login to your account to switch to paperless billing! With paperless billing you'll receive convenient payment reminders by email each month when your bill is ready, as well as access to past bills to review your usage over time. If you think you've been billed incorrectly, please call Big Bend Water District Customer Services at 702-298-3113 during normal business hours (Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.). The amount of your bill must be paid to prevent discontinuance of service. Any necessary adjustments will be shown on a future bill.
