Big Bend bill payment

Notice to Big Bend Water District customers:

Your payment options have changed!

If you pay your water bill through any form of automatic or online payment (financial institution or other), you must take action to continue such payments. Once you have received your bill statement, take the following actions to continue these payment methods:

  • If you pay via your financial institution
    Update both your new account number and new payment information with your bank.
  • If you pay online
    You must register your online account.
  • If you pay via automatic payments
    If you had previously set up your account for automatic payments, your new bill statement will not be paid automatically. To pay your bill, you must select a one-time payment option.

We accept cash, checks, money orders and the following credit cards:

  • American Express
  • Discover
  • MasterCard
  • Visa
  • Diners Club International (with Discover or MasterCard logo)

Pay online

Log in to My Account to make payments using a credit card or bank account. You also can view your bill, schedule automatic monthly payments, view online payment activity, switch to paperless billing, stop, add or transfer water service. NOTE: To use the My Account online system, you need to register an account.

For first time online account sign up, you will need to register an account, which you can do after you receive your March bill statement and new account number. After inputting your new account number and creating your unique username, use the first 10 digits of your new account number as your temporary passcode to register on MyAccount. You then will be prompted to establish your own secure password.

One-time payments online

Don't have an online account but still want to pay your bill online? No problem! You can make a one-time payment online using your credit card, or debit card with a credit card symbol. Your bill will not be displayed with this option. Please note: Payments will post in 1-3 business days.

Make a One-Time Payment

Pay by phone

Post payments immediately, check your account status, hear your payment due date or find a payment location near you. Pay with your Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express or Diners Club International 24 hours a day by calling 702-298-3113.

If you encounter problems using the system or would like to make sure the Water District has your correct telephone number, call Customer Services at 702-298-3113 during regular business hours to speak with a representative.

Use our kiosk

Pay by kiosk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1520 Thomas Edison Drive. The kiosk takes personal check, credit card, debit card and cash (bills only). Payment posts immediately.

Please note: The kiosk does not dispense cash or change. Any over-payment will be applied as a credit to your account.

Paperless billing

Log in to your account to switch to paperless billing! With paperless billing you'll receive convenient payment reminders by email each month when your bill is ready, as well as access to past bills to review your usage over time.

If you're paying your water bill electronically, why are you still getting a paper bill? We make switching to paperless billing easy. Just log in, select your account, under Switch to paperless billing, select "Enroll Now."

If you think you've been billed incorrectly, please call Customer Care at 702-298-3113. The amount of your bill must be paid to prevent discontinuance of service. Any necessary adjustments will be shown on a future bill.
